Though hot sauce is thought to be one among the healthy dishes, it is not always so. Forget about the healthy stomachs with relatively thicker lining and the nerves with better adaptability. You are lucky enough not to be among those which go burning at a mere aroma of a hottest hot sauce. But, there are some so unlucky brats to have weak stomachs that go upset at the receipt of even the mildest of the spices. Nothing but deterrence from hot sauces is the only resort for them. You may well forget about hottest hot sauce then. Behave as if they don’t even exist at all.

Or else, you may have to find a domain in the seats of your doctor’s office. If you are not of this type and still have the burning sensation, something might have gone wrong with your nerves, which no one but your doctor can rectify. A cool drink or anything sweet might not work these times because the capsaicin always gets absorbed in your mucus membranes. Remember to remain away from your favorite hot spices when you are weakened with ailment of any sort. Your nerves and senses might have been worn up fighting the disease and would not be in a state to sop up such strong flavors.
